Cancellation Policy
•I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any No-show, No-communication of not being able to come to appointment time. •3 reminder text messages will be sent out before appointment time. •Cancellation fees are Non-transferable and Non-refundable. •A valid Card number has to be on file to book and secure appointment No exceptions. •Making multiple cancellations in a row will result in the inability to book or required depost • Excessive matting, tangles or hair glue in the hair will either result in a take down fee $15+ or a rescheduled appointment.
